One pound

Alright I was at 211 on Wednesday, not the drop I was hoping for, but at least it is down another pound.

Stalled

Gosh, still 226. I am hoping to walk more at home, but it's hard with the kids... I swear I'm still trying!

Down two, changing goals

Okay I am down two pounds this week, making me 212. I'm hoping the scale keeps dropping, my weight seems to fluctuate quite a bit, but I'll take the drop. Also my goal is to get to 160, but that's not my short term goal for this year. I would like to see below 200 for Christmas, that's my goal. So for right now I'm focusing on these 12 pounds. That sounds realistic to me.

I'm going to chalk it up to work I guess. I could eat SO much. I'm seriously starving all the time!!

Pep talk and evaluation

I was just reviewing numbers and I'm excited to say that we are almost 1/3 of the way to our weight goal. That is great considering we have all been taking it off little by little, which is what happens when we make healthy lifestyle changes.

That said, we are about 2/3 of the way through our challenge. Lets see if we can pick the pace back up and get to our goals by the end of the challenge. For me, I am going to modify my goal to 150 instead of 140, meaning I have about 16 lbs to lose in 2 months time. 150 is what I weighed when I got married and I believe it will be a big step in the right direction for my health.

Anyone else have any modifications to make?

166.8 was my weight this morning. next week, my goal is to break that 165 that I've been right near for the past month. :)
