I was just reviewing numbers and I'm excited to say that we are almost 1/3 of the way to our weight goal. That is great considering we have all been taking it off little by little, which is what happens when we make healthy lifestyle changes.
That said, we are about 2/3 of the way through our challenge. Lets see if we can pick the pace back up and get to our goals by the end of the challenge. For me, I am going to modify my goal to 150 instead of 140, meaning I have about 16 lbs to lose in 2 months time. 150 is what I weighed when I got married and I believe it will be a big step in the right direction for my health.
Anyone else have any modifications to make?
